L'inouï, a brand by Chowdaiah Enterprise, is a premium Bangalore based Chocolaterie that specializes in pure Belgian and Swiss cocoa butter chocolates. French for something unexpectedly delightful, L'inouï is a little over a year old and already boasts a loyal following among Bangalore's chocolate connoisseurs. L'inouï is also the official Chocolaterie for Audi India since December 2014. Based on authentic European recipes, and made from only the purest ingredients sourced from the world over (almonds from California, fruit purees from Europe, coffee from our lovely Chikmaglur and more), L'inouï 's chocolates contain NO vegetable oil or added preservatives. Our products use only pure Belgian & Swiss couverture chocolate, which allow our signature hot chocolates, truffles, macarons, and pastries to retain both a rich, smooth texture and authenticity of heritage. None of our chocolates contain egg, perfect for vegetarians looking to indulge their sweet tooth. Our Master chefs, who have previously worked with renowned star hotels, constantly innovate and expand our menu, and we're proud to be the first Chocolaterie in Bangalore to introduce our now signature hot chocolate sticks, as well as the Chocolate Bombe. Our 72% extra dark chocolate products also command a religious fan following among connoisseurs.
