Description
Bamboo is a Chinese speciality restaurant offering authentic Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. Finished in an arresting pale green, this is a more formal area, white marble floor and horizontally clad oak columns create a perfect contrast.The menu interestingly starts with Chinese tea offerings and has a choice of about 12 dim sums. The chefs at The Park churn out each dish with perfection and tender loving care. Main attractions of the menu are the Peking Duck – prepared & served in a traditional style with homemade pancake, cucumber, spring onion and sweet bean sauce, the salt baked chicken and the sea bass barbequed in a bamboo.
