Ziya is the sophisticated Indian restaurant at The Oberoi, Mumbai serving modern interpretations of Indian cuisine. The restaurant also celebrates the return of the prodigal Chef Vineet Bhatia, the first Indian chef to be awarded a Michelin star. At Ziya, Chef Vineet and his team invite guests to enjoy an haute dining experience, by offering evolved Indian cuisine. International ingredients are paired with the tastes of traditional India, resulting in modern preparations with bold flavours, presented in a contemporary style. All dishes are pre-plated and the emphasis is on maintaining individual sets of flavours. Dining at Ziya is a veritable feast for the senses. Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a stunning series of screens or jaali, in delicate gold leaf and sweeping views of the ocean.
