Adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool, Chingari is an idyllic place to explore the exotic flavours of North India while enjoying the cool breeze that sweeps over the rooftop every evening. The seating area is covered by a high wooden roof and separated from the pool by beautiful open latticework screens. The wide parquet floor is embellished with ebony inlay. Square wooden tables are flanked with locally crafted wooden armchairs. Copper-coloured water goblets gleam in the candlelight-adding to the earthy rustic charm of the setting. The open-air kitchen gives guests a prime view of Master Chef Quereshi at the grill, creating his daily assortment of signature marinades and savoury Indian breads. Apart from the menu's enticing selection of fragrant curries, pickled vegetables and delectable appetizers, the restaurant is particularly beloved for its grilled meats, seafood and vegetarian options. Also not to be missed are the signature Chingari Dal, the Ran-e-Chingari and the Galoti kebabs. After enjoying a meal of exquisitely prepared local delicacies, each guest is offered a finger bowl of lukewarm water infused with fragrant fresh tea leaves.
