ikk panjab celebrates food & culture of undivided kingdom before vested interests broke up the ancient kingdom along the religious lines into West & East Panjab in 1947. Grandmas and royal chefs shared their culinary secrets that have been lost in time. The recipes have been sourced from multiple cities and towns ranging from Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, & Sialkot in East Panjab to Jalandhar, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Chandigarh, Bhatinda & Hoshiarpur in West Panjab. Ikk Panjab is an earnest effort to rediscover the lost recipes of an era gone by.
