Description
Rustom’s offers the only true-blue Parsi dining experience in New Delhi. Shifting homes from bustling Adhchini, the restaurant now manages the canteen of the iconic ‘Delhi Parsi Anjuman’ on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg. Formed in 1925, the DPA today owns and maintains the the only one of its kind Fire Temple in North India. Rustom’s at the DPA is an intimate dining space in the heart of Central Delhi, that promises to give you a glimpse into a traditional Parsi home, complete with authentic home-cooked food and recipes that have been passed on from generation to generation. Rustom’s showcases Parsi delicacies beyond the popular favourites—Dhansak and Salli Boti—focusing instead on the rich culinary diversity of the cuisine. With old favourites and forgotten recipes and introducing diners to some of the lesser-known Parsi delights is what the menu is all about. We have ensured that vegetarians are not alienated with our focused and researched approach to meat-free dishes.
