Biryani Baar was conceived by a couple from Darjeeling, who had a desire to bring their family's recipes to the world in the most home-style cooking way possible. Prepared with the freshest ingredients, aromatic spices and most importantly, a mother's love, the food will surely remind you of home-cooked meals from your childhood. Each dish is made to order and in the traditional Muslim home-style way to give you the best meal experience available. Our Chinese line of food was started by our local cook, who wanted to showcase the favorite recipes she grew up with, a vision which we could certainly support. From humble beginnings in 2017, we have now served biryani and other select dishes to thousands of people living and working in the Darjeeling area, and our reach is growing! All our food is made to order and we use only the freshest ingredients from certified suppliers in Darjeeling
