The restaurant is designed for casual fine-dining and presents the best of world cuisine. As a central concept which runs through the décor, dining experience and the service design, the restaurant blends modernity with the iconic and traditional elements of The Oberoi Grand. At threesixtythree°, our guests enjoy Japanese, European, Asian and Indian cuisines, bespoke single-origin desserts and carefully paired beverages. Japanese speciality chef Raul Borjas joins the team and presents live Sushi and Sashimi alongside a detailed Japanese curation.
