Serene Woods is a very new property. We are located in Madikeri, hardly a km and a half from Field Marshall Kariappa Circle (also known as Sudarshan Circle). Though in the lap of nature, the proximity to town adds as an advantage for basic tourist needs.Serene Woods is a premium Home Stay, nestled in a Coffee Plantation, having 5 individual private cottages operational. The estate is surrounded by Reserve Forest in 3 directions. Every cottage has a unique view point and is furnished with tea/coffee maker, mini fridge, intercom, lcd TV with cable tv, hot water geyser, generator backup, and a private balcony.Serene Woods has a in-house kitchen and a common dining area, serving a buffet spread of a set menu of homely Coorg cuisine, so as to introduce our guests to the culinary delights of Coorg. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served strictly in the Dining area only. Also a lounge and play area is available above the dining area and is at an altitude of 3746 ft above msl. Board games, mini TT, darts, shuttle, soft balls, Trampoline, jumping ball etc are available for children and adults. Inhouse store offers excellent coffee powder packs and the same powder is used to serve coffee to our guests.
