Newly opened in december 2012 after 7 years of construction, the luxury of Sylviander House is the eco friendly building surrounded by a big garden with ponds and biotop. Natural materials like the traditional plaster ‘kumayam‘, many antique windows and the hight of more than 3 m keep the rooms airy and cool. Interior, the traditional bathroom and spacious verandas create a real Kerala feeling of oldern times, when nature and humans were in balance.
