Description
Set on the banks of the Kabini River, Talking Trees is a boutique property skirted by paddy fields and plantations. An idyllic village backdrop offers picturesque routes for leisurely strolls, cycling activities and plenty of photo ops. With the hosts staying on site, Talking Trees offers the personal touch of a homestay, and very far in spirit from a typical commercial resort. All four cottages offer great views of the surrounding environs. Airy and inviting, the rooms come with individual sit outs, enclosed decks, and comfy mattresses laid on vintage, king-size beds. Daily, wholesome food is prepared from seasonal produce grown in our own farm. A variety of the freshest local fare can be found on the table, and you can take full advantage of seasonal, home-cooked specialities at meal time. In addition to the common terrace area, there are lots of spaces to unwind. Coracle rides and bicycles are available, but yes, Wi-Fi is available in case you prefer surfing the internet.
