1. People of Tomorrow, Chhattarpur, New Delhi
People of Tomorrow initially started as a blog by founder Ritv Kapoor who shared content on sustainable lifestyle and eco-conscious living. Driven by his vegan journey, the blog developed into a restaurant offering vegan selections from across the globe, including Mexican, Italian, and Spanish. The lifestyle vegan kitchen and bar provides a gourmet vegan experience thanks to head corporate Chef Rahul Kirtikar who meticulously crafted a contemporary menu brimming with Asian and Indian flavours. I've been vegan for 21 years now, and coming to Goa for ages and there's one main reason I even considered staying here- BEAN ME UP, the oldest and still the absolute best vegan restaurant. Most things are organic, it's totally vegan, not offering 'vegan options'. Beyond that, Shawn, the owner, is completely compassionate not just towards animals but also with all humans. I call him the "Prime Vegan" of Goa :) One of the friendliest people in Goa, and one of the absolute best place to eat, drink ORGANIC juices and just relax for hours and hours. I can go on and on about Bean Me Up, but I was just extremely appalled that an article featuring vegan restaurants didn't mention Bean Me Up! I mean come on, really?
